School Day
Drop-off window: 8.40 – 8.50am
Doors/registers close: 8.50am
Playtimes: 10.15am - 10.30am (Years 1/2/3) and 10.30 - 10.45am (Years 4/5/6)
Lunchtime: 12.00 – 1.00pm
End of the day: 3.20pm
(For late arrivals after 8.55am, children will need to come through the main entrance and will receive a late mark. Parents/carers will be asked to complete a late form to explain their child’s late arrival. Arrival after 9am, after registers have closed, will be logged as an unauthorised absence which will affect the child's attendance figures).
We have two separate entrances and exits for Reception/Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children. Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children come in and out of the school, at the start and end of the day, through the large green car park gate, walking across the car park and entering the playground.
Year 2 enter and leave the school via the door near the ramp/hall. Year 1 children go round the side of the school and go into their classroom via their outside door. Reception children enter via the green door up the steps near the playground.
Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 children enter and leave the school via the large gate near the Year 6 classroom, at the other end of the school building.
For families with more than one child in school, at the end of the day, we would suggest collecting your younger child first, before collecting your older child.
